It is situated to the north of Preah Khan Temple and the Northern Baray. The structure of this temple built under Jayavarman VII is slightly different from many others of the same period. It is built on an axis towards the north-east, owing to the topography of the site.
It is a group of three brick towers situated 2 km south of the temple-pyramid Bakong in the zone of Roluos. It is possible that this group was in the domain of the first capital Hariharalaya.
